Domaine familial depuis 50 ans, dans le Jura, sur l'Appellation Etoile notamment. Le vigneron Sébastien Cartaux perpétue la tradition des oxydatifs jurassiens et se distingue dans l'élaboration de grands vins rouges, en BIO.
Le domaine Weinbach est un des fleurons du vignoble alsacien, avec son mythique Clos des Capucins depuis 1612. Des vins rares et vibrants, taillés pour la garde.
